Beginning of the School Year

Today the new school year begins in most of the autonomous communities and it is the day we had chosen to start this school year in our new facilities.

The educational team at International Montessori School in Sotogrande, together with the families of our students, have made the decision to move to the new school when the works are completely finished, thus creating the community that defines us. An open community that listens, with the ability to criticize and improve and that is always open to the families’ opinions.

What is our Montessori School like?

International Montessori School Sotogrande. It is a large school located in one of the best areas of the Campo de Gibraltar region and with unique facilities.

Large and bright Montessori rooms, equipped with specific materials for the methodology, soundproofed Music classroom with excellent acoustics, art and movement room, outdoor space in each classroom to enjoy the excellent climate.

Our Montessori school also has a patio with a beautiful glass dome that protects us from wind and rain and an innovative air filtration and climate control system that regulates indoor carbon dioxide levels so that they remain below the recommended values.

Pickup Service – Lunch and Extracurricular Activities

This week our pick-up service will begin at other schools, for those students enrolled in neighboring schools who want to come and enjoy our lunch (health education begins with good and healthy nutrition.

Our menus are reviewed by children’s health professionals, as well as the different extracurricular activities that we will soon begin to launch:

• English/Spanish with Kids and Us
• Robotics
• Montessori Mathematics Workshop for primary school
• Montessori language for primary school
• Montessori Playground
