As summer fades and September begins, we are thrilled to welcome our IMS families to another exciting school year. The youngest children of Nido began their trip with us on Monday, September 1, while the rest of our students will join Monday, September 8. These staggered starts have given us a wonderful opportunity to settle our new students, and we now look forward to seeing the entire IMS community back together.

This year is very special, with many students rising to new montessori groups, ready to accept new challenges and experiences in their Montessori environments.

Celebrating our Montessori spirit

At IMS, the Montessori philosophy remains at the center of everything we do. Maria Montessori reminds us: “The greatest sign of success for a teacher… is being able to say, ‘The kids are now working as if I don’t exist.'” This principle guides our commitment to fostering independence, confidence and curiosity in all age groups.

Community News

We are happy to share some joyful updates:

  • Congratulations to Tamara. on the birth of your beautiful baby girl! Tamara will be on maternity leave for the next few months and we wish her and her family lots of love during this special time.
  • We are delighted to welcome new teachers in our community, each bringing passion and fresh energy to the classrooms. Over the next few weeks, we will introduce them appropriately so you can meet the faces that support your children’s learning.
